Desktop Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware, software, network connectivity, and performance issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace user administration, including account setup, licensing, MFA, and mailbox management.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding activities, device provisioning, and access management.
- Perform endpoint maintenance, patching, antivirus updates, and basic security hardening.
- Handle incident tickets, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Support remote users and assist with Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and other infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Experience in Desktop Support / End-User Computing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11 environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID administration.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with desktop/laptop hardware diagnostics and remote support tools.
- Good communication and customer support skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Intune, Autopilot, MDM, or RMM tools.
- Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge.
- Understanding of endpoint security and IT asset management.
- Exposure to Linux/macOS environments is an advantage.
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace are a plus.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
