We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and user-centered design. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing modern, high-converting websites and landing pages while staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends and AI-powered design tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Design landing pages optimized for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Conduct UX research and implement best practices to improve user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Maintain and enhance existing website designs for improved usability and performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and modern website design practices.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve workflow, creativity, and productivity.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect designs across all devices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Proven experience designing modern websites and landing pages.
- Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
- Experience using AI design tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Relume AI, Uizard, Galileo AI, or similar) to enhance the design process.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, IT, or digital agency projects.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
- Knowledge of usability testing and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or Webflow is an added advantage.
