Role Overview
- Position: Merchandiser - Plush Toys
- Company & Location: Greater Noida (Work From Office)
- Experience & CTC: 4–6 Years | ₹8–10 LPA
- Education: Graduate (Textile preferred)
- Core Objective: Manage end-to-end order execution—from buyer communication and product costing to sampling, production tracking, quality compliance, and timely export shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Buyer & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for buyer inquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and relationship management.
- Sampling & Costing: Oversee sample development/approvals and build detailed product costing sheets to meet target gross margins.
- Sourcing & Production: Coordinate with sourcing for fabrics, fillings, and trims, while monitoring factory production schedules to prevent delays.
- Quality & Logistics: Partner with QA to enforce safety and product standards, and coordinate with export/logistics teams for final documentation and dispatch.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Technical: Strong background in plush/soft toys or textiles, product costing, sourcing, production tracking, export documentation, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Behavioral: High attention to detail, negotiation skills, multi-order management, and strong cross-functional coordination.
Graduate in Textiles, Business, Fashion, Marketing or a related field.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
