Sr.HR Executive
Location: Kolkata, Kolkata(On-site)

Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM (Mon-Sat)
Role Objective
As theSr.HR Executive , you will transition from transactional HR to a strategic architect, building the
people's DNA for one of India’s fastest-growing lifestyle brands.
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (The Growth Engine)
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment for Retail, Creative, and Corporate roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize AI-driven tools (like ZappyHire) and social platforms to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent.
- Employer Branding: Drive Divine Lane’s presence as an "Employer of Choice" throughLinkedIn, campus engagements, and culture-led social content.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a gold-standard interview process that reflects ourbrand's elegance.
2. HR Operations & Digital Transformation
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Design a "wow" onboarding experience and manage the entireemployee journey from entry to exit.
- HRMS Management: Own the HRMS ecosystem, ensuring 100% data integrity forattendance, leave, and personnel records.
- SOP Development: Draft and implement scalable HR policies and Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) aligned with company values.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership on manpower forecasting to support rapidbranch/vertical expansion.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Skill Gap Analysis: Identify training needs across retail storefronts and corporate offices.
- Program Facilitation: Design and coordinate soft-skills training, product knowledgesessions, and leadership workshops.
- Performance Management: Execute a high-performance culture through OKRs/KPIs andstructured appraisal cycles.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Payroll Coordination: Ensure error-free, timely payroll processing in coordination withfinance.
- Statutory Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to labor laws, including PF, ESIC, PT,and POSH regulations.
- Budgeting: Manage the HR budget efficiently across recruitment, engagement, andtraining.
5. Employee Relations & Culture
- Engagement Initiatives: Drive team-building activities and wellness programs to foster acreative and collaborative work culture.
- Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring swift and fair conflict resolution.
- Culture Strengthening: Champion the company’s core values to maintain a motivatedand high-energy workforce.
Ideal Profile
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Sector Exposure: Prior experience in Retail, Fashion, D2C, or Lifestyle brands is highlypreferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and modern HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, excellent negotiation skills, and a leadership-firstmindset.
