Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee exhibition stall fabrication, interior fit-out, transportation, and on-site installation projects across India. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with workers, vendors, and clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise fabrication, transportation, and installation of exhibition stalls and interior projects.
Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, electricians, and other site personnel.
Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor quality, safety, and site discipline throughout project execution.
Manage manpower, material movement, site logistics, and vendor coordination.
Take site measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and exhibition organizers during project execution.
Be available for flexible working hours, including night shifts and extended hours during exhibition stall setup, handover, and dismantling schedules.
Requirements
Fresher to 2 years of experience in exhibition, interior, fabrication, or construction projects.
Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.
Good communication in English, Tamil, Hindi and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for project execution across India.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Valid driving license preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
