Job Description – Odoo Functional Consultant
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, implementing Odoo ERP solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and identify ERP requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare BRD/FRD documentation.
- Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules based on client needs.
- Coordinate with the development team for customization requirements.
- Provide support for accounting and financial workflow implementation.
- Prepare MIS reports and functional documentation.
- Support data migration, user training, testing, and system go-live activities.
- Ensure process optimization and workflow automation through Odoo ERP.
- Provide post-implementation support and client assistance.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
