We are looking for a compassionate, client-focused, and knowledgeable Wellness Counsellor to guide clients on their wellness journey. If you are passionate about Ayurveda, holistic health, and helping people improve their lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct wellness consultations via calls, chat, and video sessions.
- Understand client health concerns, lifestyle habits, and wellness goals.
- Recommend suitable Ayurvedic products, wellness programs, and lifestyle modifications.
- Educate clients about Ayurvedic principles, diet plans, and daily routines.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and client progress notes.
- Follow up with clients to ensure adherence and satisfaction.
- Work closely with doctors, nutritionists, and internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer experience through empathetic counselling.
- Support revenue growth through consultative product recommendations.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, nutrition, or holistic health.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized guidance.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping people.
