We are seeking a well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented F&B Server for a prestigious private residence in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in food and beverage service within luxury hotels, premium clubs, fine dining restaurants, or private residences.
The role requires a strong understanding of hospitality standards, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional and discreet approach while serving family members and guests.
Provide efficient and professional food and beverage service to family members and guests.
Serve meals, beverages, tea, coffee, and refreshments as per established service standards.
Assist in setting up dining tables for daily meals and special occasions.
Ensure proper presentation and timely service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
Clear and reset tables while maintaining a neat and organized dining environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, pantry, and service stations.
Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, and serving equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
Monitor inventory of service-related supplies and report replenishment requirements.
Assist in preparing dining areas for family gatherings, celebrations, and guest visits.
Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and seamless meal service.
Respond promptly to service requests while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions within the residence.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in food and beverage service.
Background in reputed hotels, restaurants, clubs, or luxury residences preferred.
Good understanding of table service, dining etiquette, and hospitality standards.
Well-groomed appearance with excellent personal hygiene.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours based on household requirements.
Candidates with experience in luxury hospitality, premium clubs, or private residences.
Exposure to VIP guest handling and formal dining service will be an added advantage.
