Job Description:
We're looking for a Manager – Data Mining & Team Lead who can independently handle end-to-end data operations and manage a small team of data associates for our lead generation campaigns. This role requires strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting, Apollo.io, and email verification/bounce-check tools, along with the ability to lead, train, and monitor a team's daily output.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the data mining team — assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met
- Train and guide team members on data sourcing tools and quality standards
- Handle complete data mining process — sourcing, cleaning, and organizing B2B contact data
- Extract and build prospect lists using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and Apollo.io
- Verify email lists using bounce-check/email validation tools to maintain list health and deliverability
- Ensure data accuracy — correct titles, company names, emails, and phone numbers
- Match prospects against client ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
- Maintain and update data trackers/CRM sheets
- Report daily/weekly progress to leadership
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in data mining, lead generation, or B2B research
- Prior experience managing or leading a small team preferred
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and email bounce-check/verification tools (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or similar)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working UK shift hours (1 PM – 10 PM)
- Must be available to join by this Monday
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong team-handling and tool knowledge may also apply)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UK Shift)
