- Call and Mail Handling: Answer a multi-line phone system, route inquiries, and sort daily mail.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage executive digital calendars.
- Administrative Support: Copy documents, draft basic emails, and track office supply inventory.
- Security Compliance: Maintain accurate visitor sign-in logs and follow building safety protocols.
Common Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and calendar tools like Google Calendar.
