Role Objective
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into paying students, and achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets for Livementorhub. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their educational needs, and recommending suitable courses and mentorship programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, and partnerships.
- Qualify prospects based on their learning goals and requirements.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Student Counseling & Sales
- Understand students' educational and career objectives.
- Recommend appropriate courses, mentorship programs, and learning paths.
- Explain course features, pricing, schedules, and benefits.
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
Conversion & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Convert leads into paying customers through phone calls, video meetings, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses and services.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with support and academic teams when required.
Follow-Up & Retention Support
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Re-engage inactive leads.
- Support retention initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional enrollments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track conversion rates and sales performance metrics.
Market Intelligence
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
- Share customer needs and trends with management.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Sales
- Telecalling
- Business Development
- Academic Counseling
- EdTech Sales
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Contribute directly to Livementorhub's revenue growth and market expansion.
Pay: ₹12,547.12 - ₹35,000.00 per month
