Hiring Alert – Business Development Manager (BDM)
KLM Assets Fin is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Meenchanda Branch in Kozhikode district.
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in the NBFC or Chit Fund industry who are passionate about business growth and customer relationship management.
Preferred Candidates:
- Residents of Kozhikode district, preferably from Meenchanda, Mankavu or nearby areas.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for chit fund schemes
- Meet potential customers through field visits, referrals, and local networking
- Explain company products and convert leads into subscribers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly business targets and support branch growth
- Follow up on installment collections and pending payments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an NBFC, Chit Fund, or Financial Services company, with hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
