About the Role
ZOLU is looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) with a proven track record in the undergarment/hosiery industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in distributor-driven sales and have an established network of distributors across West Bengal, Bihar, and Assam.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand ZOLU's distributor network across the assigned territory.
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors, wholesalers, and sales teams.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business objectives.
- Increase retail coverage and strengthen market penetration.
- Meet sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance.
- Execute sales promotions, trade schemes, and branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the undergarment/hosiery industry.
- Strong knowledge of distributor-led sales and channel management.
- Existing network with undergarment distributors in West Bengal, Bihar, and Assam.
- Experience working with brands such as Rupa, Lux, Dollar, VIP, TT, Dixcy Scott, Amul, Jockey, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
