Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our insurance products and services, generating leads, and contributing to the achievement of business targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using the company's database.
- Introduce and explain insurance products and financial solutions to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with team leaders and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and telecalling standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
