Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Accountant for our client based in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should hold an M.Com degree (Mandatory) . The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage financial records accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and record accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
- Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and related compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and month-end reports.
- Reconcile ledgers, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- M.Com (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Accounting Procedures.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Foreign Accounting will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
