Job Summary
Prodigy Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and expand our sales operations in the Agriculture and Animal Feed industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, proven leadership skills, and a successful track record in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in the Agriculture, Animal Feed, Feed Ingredients, or Animal Nutrition industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and business development abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
