Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new project opportunities for Cold Storage, Integrated Pack Houses, Ripening Chambers, and Reefer Logistics in the agriculture sector.
- Develop business opportunities with FPOs, agri-cooperatives, exporters, food processing units, and farmer groups.
- Build and maintain strong zonal-level relationships with farmers, agri-members, institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and liaision with government departments and relevant agencies for subsidy-based projects, approvals, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and preliminary feasibility assessments for proposed projects.
- Prepare and coordinate project proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the team in successful project closure.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved scope, quality, and budget.
- Track project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Provide post-installation support and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned project acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
Required Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture
- B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering
- MBA in Agri-Business Management
Experience Required:
2–5 years of experience in:
- Agri infrastructure projects
- Cold storage / Pack house / Food processing units
- Government subsidy projects
Pay: ₹15,091.06 - ₹25,366.80 per month
