We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kebab & Grill Cook for our new food court kebab café in Kannur.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook kebabs, tikka, grilled chicken, and other grill items.
- Marinate meats and maintain recipe consistency.
- Operate charcoal and/or gas grills safely.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage stock and minimize food wastage.
- Work efficiently during peak hours.
Requirements
- Experience in kebab, BBQ, grill, or restaurant cooking preferred.
- Knowledge of marination and grilling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
