## Job Responsibilities:
* Operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines as per production requirements.
* Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset corrections.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining process sheets.
* Load and unload workpieces and monitor machining operations.
* Inspect machined components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
* Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality as per specifications.
* Perform tool changes and maintain machine cleanliness.
* Follow production schedules, 5S, and safety standards.
* Report machine issues and coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams.
* Maintain production and inspection records.
## Requirements:
* ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or a related field.
* 1–5 years of experience as a VMC Operator in a manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and VMC machine operations.
* Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine offsets is an added advantage.
* Willing to work in a *10-hour rotational shift*.
* Good teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
