CTC Budget: ₹4,00,000 - ₹4,50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Secretarial assistance Coordination of travel and accommodation Management of Travel Requests and Claims Management of Invoice/Vendor Coordination/WO/Payments in SAP for Legal, Contracts SPOC for CS and Legal team in Chennai Office for follow-up Custodian of CS Team Records Travel management for F&A Team and external auditors Coordination for F&A Team with Mumbai Office Miscellaneous works assigned by Seniors wrt to coordination with Banks and other related offices Visitor Coordination
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline 2-5 years of experience in administrative/coordination roles (preferred) Experience in Legal, CS, or F&A support roles is an added advantage
