Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Metis Learning Solutions, you’ll conceptualize and create visual assets for our brands. You’ll collaborate with product development and brand designers to design packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials that communicate the educational value and appeal of our toys.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials for STEM kits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with product goals and brand identity (Product Managers, Marketing, Founders and Production and Operations).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new product concepts and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Graphic Design or Communication Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite design softwares like Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative brand and packaging design solutions, layouts, typography, color theory, and sketching skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design requirements.
