Role Description The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles within RAMPK CARGO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Mohali district and involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include drafting job postings, using job portals and social media to attract candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The HR Recruiter will also support onboarding activities, assist with employee documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations. The role requires close collaboration with operations and management teams to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Pay: ₹10,754.53 - ₹30,248.98 per month
