Job Purpose
To drive student admissions, achieve enrollment targets, and provide an exceptional admission experience for prospective parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct campus tours, parent counseling, and admission interviews.
- Achieve student enrollment targets and maintain admission records.
- Follow up with prospective families and convert leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for admission campaigns and events.
- Prepare admission reports and maintain CRM/student database.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, education, sales, or student recruitment.
