Job Overview
Blue Monkfish Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop secure, high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in technical architecture and development planning.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
AI & Modern Development (Preferred)
Candidates with exposure to AI technologies will have an added advantage.
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience building AI-powered features like chatbots, content generation, document summarization, or recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI SDKs, REST API integrations, and AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
