Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand needs of users in target markets and translate that to business requirements and user acceptance test cases
- Understand the demands and competitiveness in the market to come up with innovative solutions, appropriate priorities
- Plan, track and deliver each milestone for the product/service to add value to the customers in an incremental and regular fashion using sprints.
- Run daily sprint meetings with team
- Work with the UX team to design the User Experience of the overall product
- Manage release process communication
- Understand the product technology stack to make informed trade of choices to land the quality product on time and budgeted cost
- Work with customers closely to demonstrate the product, while testing the product and also during pre and post sales to keep customer satisfaction high
- Candidates with Quality / Testing background are not eligible for this position.
- Candidate with "Edutech" domain is preffered
