Job Summary
The Showroom Operations Manager will oversee the operations of all OPPO Exclusive Showrooms across Kerala, ensuring sales growth, operational excellence, brand compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of all Kerala showrooms.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Ensure SOP, VM, inventory, and audit compliance.
- Monitor showroom performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and support showroom managers and retail teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in multi-store retail operations, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile, or retail showrooms.
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.
- Willing to travel across Kerala.
- Graduation required; MBA preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
