We are looking for a Factory Manager for our spices processing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily factory operations including raw material receiving, cleaning, processing, grading, packing, and dispatch activities. The role includes preparing and maintaining process charts, supervising workers, assigning daily duties, ensuring proper production flow, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating smooth factory operations. The candidate should have good leadership skills, basic production planning knowledge, and the ability to handle manpower efficiently in a spices manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
