Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Front Office Manager to handle front office operations and overall office administration activities. The candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning, maintain professional communication, and manage administrative support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete front office operations and office administration activities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with staff and management for daily office activities
- Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, and office supplies
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Monitor attendance, courier handling, and general office discipline
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office or Administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage office operations independently
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners are an added advantage
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
