About the Company
Creative Industrial Automation is a leading UAE-based supplier of industrial automation products, serving customers across the GCC with an extensive portfolio of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation components from leading global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure industrial automation products (sensors, valves, connectors, safety components, etc.) from local and international suppliers and principals.
- Prepare purchase orders, negotiate pricing and lead times, and manage supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with international principals/manufacturers on quotations, price lists, and stock availability.
- Track order status, manage import/logistics coordination, and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system and support inventory planning.
- Perform cost comparisons and support margin/pricing decisions with the sales team.
- Ensure procurement documentation complies with company and import requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial) or Supply Chain Management.
- 1–2 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably with an industrial, electrical, or automation products distributor or trading company.
- Working knowledge of industrial automation / electrical/pneumatic product lines is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, supplier-management, and cost-analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with an ERP system.
