Key Responsibilities :
Generate new business opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation services.
Build relationships with Hiring Managers, CTOs, HR Heads, and Procurement Managers.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing opportunities.
Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Required Skills :
2–6 years of experience in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Technology Sales.
Strong B2B lead generation and client acquisition experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT technologies and staffing models.
Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
Experience working with domestic or international clients is an added advantage
