· Manage relationships with modern trade accounts and key retail chains.
· Ensure timely order processing and product availability at stores.
· Coordinate with distributors, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
· Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
· Execute promotions, displays, and merchandising activities as per company guidelines.
· Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports.
· Resolve customer and retailer issues promptly.
· Negotiate trade schemes, promotions, and business terms with key accounts.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
· Resolve operational issues related to orders, deliveries, claims, returns and payments
· Plan and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimize delays.
· Handle logistics documentation, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
· Resolve operational issues related to inventory, transportation, and customer deliveries.
· Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
