Job description : HR Executive
Work location : Somanur
Job responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for staffs, weavers and supporting roles
- Handle attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management across 24x7 operations
- Maintain statutory compliance — PF, ESI and Factories Act
- Address employee grievances and maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Coordinate with production/shift supervisors on manpower planning and absenteeism
- Maintain HR records
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/finance
Required Skills
- Any degree or diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ HR experience specifically in a weaving/spinning/textile unit
- Working knowledge of labour laws applicable to textile manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; exposure to HR software
Preferred
- Experience with airjet loom operations environment
- Prior exposure to factory compliance audits (OEKO TEX, BCI, etc)
- Communication in Hindi language
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
