Job Description:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Sales Support / Operations Executive (Trainee) to assist our sales team and coordinate with clients. This is an inside sales support role where you will be responsible for handling order processing, quotation generation, internal work order creation, and keeping clients updated on their order status.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare official quotations and handle client inquiries.
Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and Internal Work Orders (IWO).
Coordinate order execution and track progress with internal teams.
Maintain regular contact with clients to provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
Handle order-related documentation, filing, and maintain accurate client databases.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any stream (B.Sc, B.Com, B.E., or equivalent).
Basic understanding of electrical/lighting products or technical terms is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication).
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
