Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day reception activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Assist the HR and Administration team with daily office activities.
- Maintain office registers and records accurately.
- Ensure all front office activities are carried out efficiently.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kanada.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate candidates are preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
