Role Overview:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering timely MIS reports to senior management. This role demands strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and a thorough understanding of Indian taxation and accounting standards.Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with department heads.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors; manage audit schedules and resolve queries.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure optimal fund utilization.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance executives.
- Drive process improvements and automation in accounting workflows.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and clients for financial settlements and dispute resolution.

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter or CA (Final) preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a mid to large-sized organisation
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
