Job Summary
We are looking for a System Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and internet connectivity. The candidate will serve as the single point of contact for all IT and system-related issues within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all system and hardware-related issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, and broadband connectivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT infrastructure and system support requirements.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and internet-related issues.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting system and connectivity issues.
- Good understanding of broadband, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network configurations.
- Familiarity with Windows environments and basic server administration is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus management.
- Experience with system backups and data security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
