Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Treatments: Perform a variety of services, including Swedish, deep tissue, or hot stone massages, facials, body scrubs, and waxing.
- Consult with Clients: Ask about medical history, allergies, or specific pain points before tailoring the session.
- Maintain Hygiene: Keep the treatment room clean, sanitize equipment, and change linens between appointments.
- Recommend Products: Suggest retail skin or body care items for clients to use at home.
- Manage Records: Update client notes, track inventory, and report any maintenance or safety issues to management. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: High school diploma plus a formal certification or license in massage therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology.
- Knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy, basic physiology, and skin types.
- Skills: Strong customer service, active listening, time management, and physical stamina to stand or bend for long periods.
- Experience: Prior work in a salon, day spa, or resort environment is typically preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
