We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee office operations while supporting business development, procurement, and networking activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through EOIs and tenders, coordinating book supply requirements, building professional relationships, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and monitor Expressions of Interest (EOIs), tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and procurement opportunities from government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, PSUs, and private organizations.
- Maintain a calendar of tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Coordinate the procurement and supply of books, educational materials, and related products.
- Liaise with publishers, distributors, vendors, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution of supply orders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, institutions, vendors, publishers, and corporate partners.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to identify collaboration and business opportunities.
- Maintain records of vendors, clients, procurement opportunities, and business contacts.
- Support proposal preparation, documentation, quotations, and administrative paperwork.
- Manage office administration, correspondence, filing, scheduling, and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliveries.
- Perform any other administrative or operational duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of EOI, Tender, RFP, and procurement processes.
- Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Ability to prepare quotations, maintain documentation, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,808.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
