Job Summary
A Laptop Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling laptops, accessories, and related products to customers in retail stores or corporate environments. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting laptops and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and offers.
- Compare different laptop models and brands for customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of latest laptop technologies and market trends.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Manage product displays and stock availability.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business.
- Coordinate with service teams for customer support and warranty issues.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
