Job Summary
DG SKYPORT is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Amadeus Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Amadeus GDS system, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. The candidate will be responsible for providing travel-related support, managing client requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel-related requests using the Amadeus GDS.
- Provide accurate travel information, fare quotations, and itinerary support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and client-handling abilities.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in the travel or aviation industry.
- Experience in flight reservations, ticketing, and customer support will be an advantage.
