Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise social media teams managing multiple client accounts
- Maintain direct communication with clients for planning, reviews, and escalations
- Coordinate onsite with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure delivery alignment
- Review performance metrics and present structured reports to clients and leadership
- Manage account planning discussions related to renewals and long-term retention
- Support commercial discussions related to scope, pricing, and account continuity
- Ensure team discipline, quality standards, and client relationship stability
