About the Role
We are looking for a CSR Manager – Fundraising to drive institutional fundraising and build long-term partnerships with corporates, foundations, and philanthropic institutions. This is a high-impact role contributing directly to building India’s next-generation biotech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver CSR and institutional fundraising targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Engage with corporates, family offices, and foundations
- Build relationships with CXOs, promoters, trustees, and decision-makers
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and grant closures
- Ensure governance, compliance, and donor confidence
- Oversee donor reporting, impact measurement, and repeat funding
- Strengthen long-term strategic partnerships for Biocluster initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CSR / institutional fundraising
- Proven track record of raising ₹3–4 crore+ funding
- Strong experience in closing institutional grants
- Well-networked within CSR and philanthropy ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and outcome-driven mindset
