The Client Support Executive will be responsible for managing daily client interactions and ensuring timely and accurate backend order processing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Communication & Support
- Handle incoming client calls throughout the day with professionalism and clarity.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Maintain a positive client experience by offering prompt and courteous support.
- Document client queries, feedback, and updates in the system.
2. Backend Order Processing
- Execute backend order entries on behalf of clients accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify all required details before processing orders to avoid errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams if any clarifications or approvals are needed.
- Ensure all order entries are recorded, tracked, and updated regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
