Job Summary
Tarini Edifice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Manage visitor records, meeting room bookings, and appointment scheduling.
- Support HR and Administration with documentation, employee coordination, and office records.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and vendor communications.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Assist in office supply management and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Workspace, and EPABX systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
