As a BPO Customer Service Representative at EPMA Info tech, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience, thereby contributing to the overall success of our client’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, queries, and issues promptly while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time,Quality Scores, Occupancy Rate, Utilization Rate
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Experience: Previous experience as a Customer support Executive in international calling is advantageous but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Flexibility to work in night shift.
