We are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of signage, branding, and visual communication projects.
- Plan project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and installation teams.
- Conduct site surveys and attend client meetings as required.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Track project costs and ensure execution within approved budgets.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and follow up with vendors.
- Ensure production and installation activities meet quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate project handover, client sign-off, and project closure.
- Support billing, documentation, and post-installation activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in signage, interiors, fit-outs, branding, or construction.
- Strong understanding of project planning and execution methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in signage, environmental graphics, workplace branding, or interior execution.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.
- Experience in vendor management and client coordination.
