ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven CTV Programmatic Manager to join our growing advertising team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across Connected TV and OTT platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive measurable performance outcomes. You will be a key player in shaping our programmatic strategy in a fast-evolving digital media landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across CTV and OTT inventory end-to-end.
- Work within DSP and SSP platforms to set up, traffic, and optimize campaigns in alignment with client KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis, making data driven decisions to improve delivery and efficiency.
- Analyze performance reports and translate findings into actionable optimization strategies (bid adjustments, audience refinement, creative rotation).
- Collaborate with internal teams - creative, analytics, and account management - to ensure campaign goals are met.
- Stay up to date on CTV/OTT industry trends, platform updates, and emerging programmatic technologies.
- Prepare and present performance summaries and insights to key stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues including delivery, pacing, and brand safety concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on CTV and OTT environments.
- Proficiency with major DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP) and SSPs (e.g. Magnite, PubMatic, SpotX).
- Solid understanding of programmatic buying models — PMP, PMG, open auction and CTV-specific nuances.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and deriving meaningful campaign insights.
- Familiarity with third-party measurement tools, viewability, and brand safety platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and reporting.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with audience segmentation and first-party data activation in CTV campaigns.
- Knowledge of ad verification and fraud prevention tools (IAS, DoubleVerify).
- Exposure to cross-channel programmatic strategies spanning display, video, and CTV.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
