Role Overview
As our Studio Receptionist, you are the face of PSC. You'll be the first and last person our clients interact with setting the tone for the entire experience. We're looking for someone polished, warm, organized, and genuinely passionate about wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage class bookings on call as well as online, cancellations, and waitlists via studio management software
- Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily records
- Onboard new members explain class formats, pricing, and studio policies
- Collect and file consent and health declaration forms
- Coordinate with instructors on class schedules and client needs
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and reception area
- Manage retail and Fuel Bar sales when required
- Assist with social media check-ins and client engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role (fitness industry experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident with technology booking apps, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Instagram
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine love for people
- Presentable, punctual, and professional at all times
- Passion for fitness and wellness (you don't need to be an athlete but you do need to care)

Pilates Social Club (PSC) is Mohali's newest boutique fitness studio a warm, premium space offering Reformer Pilates, Barre, Spinning, and a clean nutrition Fuel Bar. We're built around the idea that movement should feel good, social, and aspirational. We're launching soon and looking for someone who embodies that energy from the moment a client walks in the door.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
