The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across guest rooms and public areas. The role requires a strong eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering the signature Postcard guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained to brand standards.
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per operational guidelines.
- Handle linen, laundry, and room upkeep efficiently and hygienically.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as per hotel policy.
- Assist with turndown service and special guest requests when required.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage of chemicals and tools.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy of guests at all times.
- Support other team members to achieve overall departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional grooming standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
