Position: Academic Counsellor
Location: Borewell Road, Whitefield, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales operations or customer-facing roles Languages
Required : Proficient in Tamil and English Working Days & Timings Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday: Week Off
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Outreach & Lead Conversion Conduct outreach calls to leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, and organic sources via CRM tools.
Engage in meaningful, relationship-driven conversations to understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
Drive centre visit bookings and schedule trial classes aligned with teacher availability and schedules. Ensure consistent follow-ups to convert bookings into actual visits.
2. Batch Coordination & Learner Onboarding Assist walk-in learners in selecting suitable batches based on availability and course preference. Coordinate with teacher schedules and batch calendars to confirm slots.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new learners.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Experience in education, ed-tech, hospitality, or service industries is highly preferred.
